On top of that, the bed didn't suit my back. too soft for my liking. temperature controls were dodgy, with the radiator taking matters into its own hands. Accessibility isn't great either. I imagine it would be a real struggle for anyone using a wheelchair. Ultimately, while it serves a purpose, there are definitely areas needing attention.

The lovely decor in the lounge area made me feel like I was wrapped in a cozy blanket, perfect for seniors like myself to relax and enjoy a good book.
